Is
probably the best freeware program on the net. It immitates
many of the same features of Photoshop including layers
and pressure sensitivity.

This program does not support pressure sensitivity, but
the tools are simillar to GIMP and it includes a smudge
brush which makes it possible to create a shading effect. |
